Hi all I’m a new grad nurse BSN living in Ontario, Canada. Job market is bad here so I’m planning on applying for a rn license to work in either Buffalo or Detroit. Process is expensive and long so I can only apply for one state and want to make sure I make the right choice. I’m gonna have to max my credit card to pay for this so I really need to make the right decision. So does anyone know which area is better and has more opportunities as I really need to start working before I essentially become homeless. Preferably want somewhere that is open to new grads where I can either go to er or medsurge and learn skills that will allow me to make the most of my degree.
