Samsung has finally released the latest security update for the Galaxy S23 series. The new update comes on the last day of this month, as the company has been lagging in rolling out new updates over the past couple of months.The new software update for the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and the Galaxy S23 Ultra, which is currently available in South Korea, comes with firmware version S91xNKSS8FZH2. The update size is around 390MB and differs slightly for each model in the Galaxy S23 lineup.It includes the August 2026 security patch but may also include other bug fixes and stability and reliability improvements. If the update is available, it starts downloading.Once the update file is fully downloaded, tap the Restart button to complete the installation process. Your phone will restart after a few minutes.Since the update has been released in South Korea, it could be released in other countries later today or sometime later this week.
