Smartworks plans a Rs 600 crore investment this fiscal year for expansion. The company has already secured over 3.5 million square feet of new office space. Smartworks leases entire buildings and transforms them into managed, amenity-rich campuses. Committed contracted revenue stands at approximately Rs 5,400 crores. This expansion aims to meet the rising demand for managed workspaces.
