Daily Supply Reached | Pullback Objective CompleteEuro / U.S. DollarFOREXCOM:EURUSDAFOKEEURUSD has now reached and reacted from the Daily Supply Zone identified in our previous analysis, completing the higher-timeframe pullback objective we were monitoring. In the previous analysis, the market was trading with a bearish Daily structure, while the 4H timeframe had shifted bullish. Rather than immediately looking for sells simply because the Daily bias was bearish, the plan was to allow the 4H bullish structure to facilitate a deeper pullback into the Daily Supply Zone. That scenario has now played out. Price has rallied from the lower levels and delivered directly into the Daily Supply Zone, where we are now seeing a clear reaction. This is significant because the zone was identified in advance as the higher-timeframe area where the bearish Daily objective could potentially resume. The key distinction here is between a pullback and a trend reversal. The bullish movement on the 4H timeframe represented a pullback within the larger Daily bearish structure. Once price reached the Daily Supply Zone, the higher-timeframe objective of that pullback was considered fulfilled. Current Market Structure: • Daily Bias: Bearish • Daily Structure: Bearish • 4H Structure: Bullish pullback • Higher-Timeframe Objective: Daily Supply Zone ✓ • Daily Supply: Reached and reacting ✓ • Current Expectation: Potential bearish continuation From here, I am not interested in selling simply because price has entered supply. The next step is confirmation. I want to see the lower timeframe begin to shift bearish — through a valid CHOCH/MSS or other confirmation within my execution model — before considering a short opportunity. If bearish structure develops from this Daily Supply Zone, the market could begin the next leg of the Daily bearish move. However, if price breaks and accepts above the Daily Supply, then the bearish continuation thesis needs to be reassessed rather than forcing a short. The objective is not to predict the reversal. The objective is to identify the higher-timeframe location first, then allow lower-timeframe structure to confirm the execution. DAIFX | Precision • Discipline • Consistency
