The three-day property exhibition recorded an approximate footfall of 36,000 visitors.The property show brought residential and commercial projects, developers and financial institutions under one roof, providing homebuyers an opportunity to compare RERA-approved projects, explore available options and interact directly with developers.The event also featured discussions on Hyderabad’s evolving real estate market, emerging growth corridors, changing buyer preferences and the infrastructure and economic factors driving demand in the city.Speaking at the event, CREDAI Hyderabad president N. Jaideep Reddy said the property show reflected Hyderabad’s transition from a growth market into a long-term wealth-creation hub. “We are seeing a more selective buyer who values quality and connectivity, particularly in our booming western corridor which now leads the city’s investment landscape,” he said.Speaking at a conversation curated by Magicbricks at the property show, Prasun Kumar, CMO of Magicbricks, said Hyderabad is emerging as one of India’s most vibrant and resilient real estate markets.
