The only color specifications are neutral - she probably doesn't know baby's gender yet. Since it's a buy nothing group post, the assumption is she would be buying these things if needed, but prefers used where possible. & since babies outgrow things so fast, all of these items are often gifted in the group, still in "used but like new" condition. Even if someone were making a charity request, (buy nothing groups are not untended as charity), you'd expect them to specify if it's for a baby boy or baby girl, that's not even a "choosy" request.
