Amazon India is hiring 160,000 temporary workers for the upcoming festive season. These new hires will support picking, packing, shipping, and delivery operations across 400 cities. The company has also expanded its network of rest stops for delivery associates. Amazon India's operations include numerous fulfilment and sortation centres nationwide. This expansion aims to ensure seamless handling of increased customer orders.
