This is shortly after Metaplanet announced plans last week to transform the Nasdaq-listed company into its U.S. Bitcoin treasury vehicle. Super League has also opened another $2.27 million in ATM capacity, potentially taking the total offering to roughly $4.5 million.But for Metaplanet, the move is about more than raising a few million dollars.Dylan LeClair, Managing Director of Bitcoin Strategy at Metaplanet, said in an interview to BitcoinTreasuries that the company sees an opportunity to use the U.S. platform to access the fixed-income market while creating a bridge between the Japanese and U.S. capital markets.LeClair said there is an opportunity for Metaplanet "to be at the centre of the Japan and U.S. capital markets," highlighting the broader financial strategy behind the U.S. expansion.That strategy is beginning to take shape through Super League, which Metaplanet plans to rename Superplanet once the transaction closes. As per
