NVDA’s AI Momentum Meets a Critical PullbackNVIDIA CorporationBATS:NVDATorik2xNVDA: AI Momentum Is Strong, But This Pullback Matters More Than The Hype NVIDIA remains one of the clearest leaders of the AI trade, but after the recent earnings-driven move, I’m more interested in how price behaves around support than chasing strength. 🔥 The Market Read NVDA recently delivered another strong quarter, with revenue reaching $96.2B and data-center revenue hitting $89B, up sharply year over year. More importantly, management’s forward outlook reinforced the idea that AI infrastructure spending still has significant runway. That bullish fundamental backdrop is important, but the stock is now trading in an environment where expectations are already extremely high. So for me, the next move depends on price confirmation. 📊 Key Levels Support: $216–$220 Resistance: $230–$236.50 The $216–$220 area is the key demand zone I’m watching. If NVDA pulls back into this region and buyers defend it with strong volume, I’d view that as a healthier continuation setup rather than chasing an extended candle. A clean reclaim of $230 would strengthen the momentum structure, while a break above $236.50 could put the stock into price discovery. ⚡ Bullish Scenario If $216–$220 holds: → Recovery toward $225 → Reclaim of $230 → Breakout toward $236.50+ The key is confirmation. I don’t want to buy simply because price touches support. Bearish Scenario If NVDA loses $216 with sustained selling pressure, the bullish structure weakens. That could bring a deeper pullback before another attempt higher. With Treasury yields elevated and September historically bringing more volatility, I’d rather wait for price confirmation than force a trade. 🤖 Why NVDA Goes Beyond One Stock NVDA is at the center of a much broader AI ecosystem. The AI buildout also creates demand across semiconductors, memory, cloud infrastructure, data-center hardware, networking and optical technology. That means the opportunity is not necessarily limited to one company. This is where Bitget’s Theme Investing becomes interesting. Instead of relying entirely on NVDA, Bitget allows traders to access a broader stock theme and invest in related companies through the basket in one flow. The main advantages for me are simple: 🔹 One tap: Invest in the whole stock basket at once. 🔹 Diversified exposure: Reduce reliance on a single stock. You can also see the stocks included in the theme and adjust your exposure based on the available basket. How to find it: Update the Bitget App → Markets → Stocks → choose the relevant theme → Invest now Bottom line: NVDA remains one of the strongest AI leaders, but I’m watching the $216–$220 zone for confirmation rather than chasing momentum. If buyers defend that area and reclaim $230, the $236.50 region becomes the next major test. The bigger idea is that the AI opportunity extends beyond NVDA and a broader theme can provide exposure to multiple companies participating in the same structural trend. ⚠ Not financial advice.
