$ASTS: Second Test of the Zone That Launched the Move to $130AST SpaceMobile, Inc. Class ABATS:ASTSCedric_InvestsPrice is back in the $50-56 range. That range capped the stock for 3 months in mid-2025, broke in November, held on the retest, then ran to $130. So there is real history here, not just something random. This is not a bottom call: We now have a second visit from above. July already tested this range, gave a small weekly reaction, and got sold off. The stock has been in a sharp sell off, with the 200 day SMA well above price rolling over. So I am not saying it holds. I am saying it's a level, and levels are the only place I am interested in taking positions. If we break this zone, the next one I am looking at is $36. Thats roughly 37% of empty space in between. I wont be guessing in between, I will be waiting patiently instead. What I want to see: A deep test in the $50-56 zone followed by a bullish reaction. A weekly close under tells me buyers are not interested and $36 will be the next level I am looking at. Why this name and not just any support: The balance sheet is clean. They hold over $3.7B in cold hard cash after raising $1.15B in convertible debt at 1.6% interest. That is pretty low for a company that is not even profitable yet, and it means they are funded for the coming years. On top of that the company has $1.3B in signed contracts they haven't delivered yet. 13 satellites in orbit, with six of them launched in under 50 days. Q2 revenue missed at $31.5M against $34.5M expected, but it more than doubled from Q1 with the full year guidance still delivered. The stock did not fall because the business got worse. It fell because the story around the sector changed SpaceX recently went public, and that changed a lot. Starlink is building phone services straight from satellites, the same thing ASTS is building, so that comparison is there now. Then SpaceX said it's moving Starlink launches to Starship, which raised a fair question among investors. ASTS puts its satellites in orbit on its competitor's rockets. Those are real risks to keep in mind What would change the story in its favor Beta service going live this year, and 45 satellites in orbit for continuous coverage in the key markets. Levels Zone 1: $50-56, bullish reaction Zone 2: $36 next if price fails to bounce Resistance: If price bounces we have 2 zones above, one at$102 and around ATH at $115 Invalidation: A weekly close under zone 1. Analysts sit between $42 and $108 with a median target of $80, which is 40% above current price as of writing this post.
