A grocery run for a jar of chili powder at Aldi‘s turned into a disgusting discovery for one shopper after she says she found something unexpected inside. The clip posted on TikTok by Becky shows her reaction in real time as she works through the contents with a spoon. “Y’all, this is so freaking gross,” she says at the start of the video, before adding, “I can’t even handle it.” From there, the camera settles on a countertop, where she’s already sifting through the chili powder with a spoon. Small, dark specks are visible mixed into the spice, and she pushes them aside as she narrates what she’s seeing. What makes her account stand out, though, isn’t just the discovery itself. It’s her claim that this isn’t the first time it’s happened. “This is not even the first time that this has happened. This is the third time that this has happened to me. All from different stores,” she says. She doesn’t name the other two stores in the clip, and there’s no independent confirmation of those earlier incidents beyond her own account.
