Davis indicated he intends to file an appeal.Davis’ son sat in the courtroom and covered his face with one hand after the verdict was read, The Associated Press reported. Sekyiwa “Set” Shakur, Tupac’s sister, cried and reached back to a person behind her.Davis was not charged with pulling the fatal trigger, but under Nevada law, someone who helps another person commit murder can be convicted of the crime.
