Even though I've helped out & worked at several stores since I started working here, I've always wondered how many leaders are necessary for a store to be successful? Since I'm in the process of transferring to a new store as an SL, they have around 9-10 KL's & SL's (some of them are in college) an AP, and a new GM in training, which makes sense for a Restaurateur store I also wonder how a store manages having that many KL's & SL's without scheduling too many leaders on a shift? IMO, unless if some of them are in college or are only working part time at Chipotle, I don't see the need for a store to have more than 9-10 KL's & SL's   submitted by   /u/sta3535 [link]   [comments]
