BYRN: Capitulation Is Here — But the Buy Signal Isn'tByrna Technologies Inc.BATS:BYRNstouflacrucoByrna Technologies (BYRN) has completed an extraordinary round trip. After trading above $30 in 2025, the stock has collapsed toward $3–4, wiping out most of the previous advance. At these levels the chart is becoming interesting again — but my scanner still says WAIT. Deeply oversold, not yet confirmed The Master Buy Scanner currently shows: Score: 2/3 Decision: WAIT Entry quality: WEAK 35% Position size: 0% WT cross: NO Band 1: RED Combined: GREEN 6/10 The monthly oscillator has now fallen to roughly -55, effectively reaching the lower long-term extreme zone. That is where I start paying attention. But being oversold is not the same as having a bottom. The bullish WT crossover is still missing, and the bands are not synchronized yet. The underlying picture is mixed Interestingly, the business-quality component remains strong: Quality score: 3/3 Return on capital: 15.64% Margin trend: +1.88% 3Y sales growth: +34.97% Very low debt/equity But valuation receives only 2/5, profitability metrics remain weak, and projected profit growth is currently negative. The advanced scanner is also only 5/14, with the lifecycle classified as CAPITULATION. That description fits the chart extremely well. What would change the setup? After a decline of this magnitude, BYRN doesn't need much good news to produce a violent rebound. But I would prefer to see the monthly oscillator turn upward, followed by a WT bullish cross and improving band synchronization, before treating the move as more than a speculative bounce. The asymmetry is becoming interesting. The confirmation isn't there yet. Current view: WATCH closely — capitulation zone reached, but no confirmed reversal. Not financial advice.
