𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞𝗟𝗬 𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗬𝗦𝗜𝗦 | 𝗨𝗦𝗗/𝗖𝗛𝗙US Dollar vs Swiss FrancPEPPERSTONE:USDCHFShaboS𝗪𝗘𝗘𝗞𝗟𝗬 𝗔𝗡𝗔𝗟𝗬𝗦𝗜𝗦 | 𝗨𝗦𝗗/𝗖𝗛𝗙 | 𝟯𝟭.𝟬𝟴. – 𝟬𝟰.𝟬𝟵.𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 Looking at the 𝗗𝗮𝗶𝗹𝘆 𝗖𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘁 of USD/CHF, an interesting longer-term scenario is developing. With the 𝗗𝗫𝗬 currently bullish and the 𝗔𝗨𝗗/𝗨𝗦𝗗 showing a bearish reaction, as discussed in my last two posts, the setup for 𝗨𝗦𝗗/𝗖𝗛𝗙 is also becoming increasingly interesting from a bullish perspective. So why am I looking at a potential long scenario? First, the 𝗳𝘂𝗻𝗱𝗮𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁𝗮𝗹 𝗽𝗶𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 continues to support a bullish USD bias. The 𝗨𝗦𝗗 remains fundamentally supported, which creates a positive backdrop for USD/CHF. Now let's look at the 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝘁. The last significant 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗮𝗸 𝗼𝗳 𝗦𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲 (𝗕𝗢𝗦) occurred on 𝟮𝟲.𝟬𝟲. After that move, price returned lower and on 𝟭𝟵.𝟬𝟴. took the 𝗲𝗾𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗼𝘄𝘀 from 𝟮𝟲.𝟬𝟳. 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝟮𝟳.𝟬𝟳. out of the market. This was an important 𝗹𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗿𝗮𝗶𝗱. During this move, the market left behind a 𝗗𝟭 𝗯𝗲𝗮𝗿𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝗙𝗩𝗚. Yesterday, this FVG was 𝗶𝗻𝘃𝗲𝗿𝘁𝗲𝗱, turning it into a 𝗗𝟭 𝗜𝗙𝗩𝗚. This is particularly interesting because the market also 𝗰𝗹𝗼𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗮𝗯𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗶𝘂𝗺. From a higher-timeframe perspective, this supports the idea that the market could continue higher. Above the current price, there is also an interesting 𝗗𝗿𝗮𝘄 𝗼𝗻 𝗟𝗶𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗱𝗶𝘁𝘆 𝗧𝗮𝗿𝗴𝗲𝘁: the 𝗵𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗳𝗿𝗼𝗺 𝟮𝟱.𝟬𝟱. This level is approximately 𝟯𝟴𝟬 𝗽𝗶𝗽𝘀 away, making it a relevant target from a 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿-𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 perspective. So the current picture looks like this: 𝗙𝗨𝗡𝗗𝗔𝗠𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗔𝗟𝗦: 𝗕𝗨𝗟𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗛 𝗨𝗦𝗗 𝗗𝗫𝗬: 𝗕𝗨𝗟𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗛 𝗨𝗦𝗗/𝗖𝗛𝗙: 𝗕𝗨𝗟𝗟𝗜𝗦𝗛 𝗟𝗢𝗡𝗚-𝗧𝗘𝗥𝗠 𝗦𝗖𝗘𝗡𝗔𝗥𝗜𝗢 𝗣𝗢𝗧𝗘𝗡𝗧𝗜𝗔𝗟 𝗗𝗥𝗔𝗪 𝗢𝗡 𝗟𝗜𝗤𝗨𝗜𝗗𝗜𝗧𝗬: 𝗛𝗶𝗴𝗵 𝗼𝗳 𝟮𝟱.𝟬𝟱. The key now is whether price continues to respect the 𝗗𝟭 𝗜𝗙𝗩𝗚 and remains above the 𝗘𝗾𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗶𝗯𝗿𝗶𝘂𝗺. For me, this is a 𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴𝗲𝗿-𝘁𝗲𝗿𝗺 𝗯𝘂𝗹𝗹𝗶𝘀𝗵 𝘀𝗰𝗲𝗻𝗮𝗿𝗶𝗼, while the exact entry and execution still depend on what price does on the lower timeframes.
