I developed agoraphobia and social anxiety about 7 years ago and can definitely relate to not being able to go outside unless under very specific conditions. However, this person is a chronic complainer. Every negative thought is externalised. They aren't looking for solutions, they're looking to put all of their anxieties and woes onto others, all day, without any regard for how that will affect said persons own sense of wellbeing. Or a scammer. But if legit, I don't see anything helping this person. Agoraphobia is a long journey to recovery, which only works if the person is willing to gradually change their behaviours and thought processes and be accountable.
