NZD/USD Daily Structure Shift | Liquidity Sweep, CHoCH & BullishNZD/USDOANDA:NZDUSDX_Mr_HenryNZD/USD on the daily timeframe is showing a notable shift in market structure following a prolonged bearish phase. Price previously swept liquidity around the 0.6000 area before delivering strong bearish displacement, leaving behind several Fair Value Gaps and establishing a clear bearish sequence. The decline eventually reached the weekly Fair Value Gap near the 0.5600 region, where selling pressure weakened and buyers began to regain control. Price subsequently formed a bullish Change of Character, followed by a Break of Structure, providing evidence of a potential transition from bearish to bullish order flow. The reaction from the 0.5700–0.5750 demand and Order Block area further supported the bullish structure. From there, price produced strong upside displacement and reclaimed several previous structural levels, creating a sequence of higher highs and higher lows. Price is now approaching the previous liquidity area around 0.6000–0.6020. This zone is important because it previously attracted significant market activity. A confirmed daily acceptance above this region could support continuation of the current bullish structure, while a clear rejection followed by a bearish structural shift could indicate a retracement toward previously established imbalance and demand areas. For now, the key consideration is how price reacts around the current liquidity zone rather than assuming continuation solely from momentum. A pullback into a valid FVG, Order Block, or previous structural level could provide a more technically defined area for market participants to evaluate the next move. The overall daily structure has shifted from bearish to bullish, but confirmation remains important. Liquidity, displacement, market structure and reaction at key levels will determine whether the current move develops into sustained continuation or a deeper retracement.
