Following intensified FSSAI inspections in Maharashtra and concerns raised about two Delhi hotels, restaurateurs and hoteliers in the Delhi NCR area are proactively circulating FSSAI checklists for comprehensive internal audits. This initiative emphasizes the importance of stringent quality control measures and proper vendor registration. Members are encouraged to maintain heightened awareness regarding food safety and ingredient sourcing as authorities tackle the issues flagged by the food safety regulator.
