Price is testing the turquoise weekly diagonal, and this is the level I’m watching. Bearish scenario → If price breaks below this weekly diagonal and manages to stay below it, then I’ll be looking lower. First target → 1.3500 After that, the next area is around 1.3430. And if the move really develops, the deeper target for me is around 1.3350. Bullish scenario → If this weekly diagonal holds, then maybe what we’ve just seen was simply a correction from the highs. In that case, price may turn back up and start working toward the highs again. So for now, I don’t want to overcomplicate it. Weekly diagonal holds → look higher. Weekly diagonal breaks → first watch 1.3500. And then we’ll see how much the move has to give.
