SNOW Earnings Setup

SNOW Earnings Setup Snowflake, Inc.BATS:SNOWheavydiligenceSNOW reports Wednesday after the close, and this one has the widest implied move of the group. The options market is pricing roughly ±12%, which puts the implied range around: $289 downside / $367 upside from roughly $328. What makes this chart interesting is how tightly price is sitting around a cluster of nearby AOAs before earnings. We have structure stacked around roughly: 329 → 326 → 324 → 323 That gives us a very clear decision zone before we ever get near either implied-move boundary. Green Scenario — Strong Breakout / Multi-Day Runner If SNOW reports strong numbers and price can reclaim and hold above the upper structure around 329–336, then the bullish path opens quickly. From there I’d be watching: 340s → 350s → 367 implied-move area If SNOW gets through that area and holds rather than instantly fading, then a move toward the 370s+ becomes realistic. This is another name where I would rather see: impulse → controlled pullback → support → continuation than try to catch the first after-hours candle. That kind of structure could turn SNOW into a multi-day runner. Yellow Scenario — Slower Recovery / Range Expansion Yellow is very plausible here. SNOW could report well without producing a full implied-move breakout. In that case, I’d expect price to spend time around the 323–336 structure, build support, and work higher more gradually. A path like: hold 323–326 → reclaim 329 → test 336 → consolidate → continue would still be constructive. That kind of slower recovery can actually give us a cleaner trade than a violent first move. Red Scenario — Breakdown / Overreaction If SNOW loses the lower AOA cluster and starts accepting below 323, then the downside structure thins out quickly. That opens the path toward: 318 → 313 and if the reaction becomes disorderly, the lower implied-move area around 289 becomes much more relevant. A violent flush into or through that lower implied-move zone followed by a strong reclaim would immediately get my attention for an overreaction setup. My Read Right now I’d grade: Green / Yellow > Red but not by a huge margin. SNOW is sitting close enough to the middle of its structure that earnings could push it hard either way. The important part is that we already know what each path needs to prove. Green: reclaim 329–336 and hold. Yellow: defend 323–326 and rebuild slowly. Red: lose the lower structure and start accepting toward 318 / 313. I’m not predicting the print.
