S&P 500 Daily Outlook — Three Pullback Scenarios Before the NextS&P Index Cash CFD (USD)VANTAGE:SP500zarixschoolThe S&P 500 is trading near an important decision area after the recent recovery. The key level on the daily chart is around 7,720–7,725. A daily close below this zone would strengthen the correction scenario and could shift attention toward the lower support areas marked on the chart. From here, I am watching three possible pullback paths: Scenario 1 — Shallow Correction Price pulls back toward the 7,595–7,583 area, finds support, and attempts to resume the move higher. Scenario 2 — Deeper Pullback If the first support zone fails to hold, the next important reaction area is around 7,518–7,498. A strong bullish reaction there could create another recovery attempt. Scenario 3 — Extended Correction If selling pressure becomes stronger, price could move toward the deeper support region around 7,428–7,399, with 7,360 acting as the lower reference level shown on the chart. The white paths on the chart represent possible scenarios, not fixed predictions. The actual reaction at each support zone will determine which path becomes more relevant. On the upside, the main higher target area remains around 7,880–7,900. What I’m watching: A daily close below 7,720–7,725 would add confirmation to the correction. Until then, the downside scenario remains conditional. Bias: Short-term corrective Key confirmation: Daily close below 7,720–7,725 Main support zones: 7,595–7,583 / 7,518–7,498 / 7,428–7,399
