I’ve only been working here for 5 months, and my gm never fails to blame me for others’ mistakes. During meetings, she singles me out and will stare me down as if no one else is there, it’s kind of creepy lol. Even when a manager would do something out of order, she would confront me and say that I know better and honestly I feel like I’m going crazy because no one addresses it. What’s worse is, there’s always an issue or lengthy paragraph in the work gc on my off days and one time they’ve even tried to blame something on me but once I texted that I was off two days prior, no one responded (acknowledgement wouldn’t been nice at least). Since I’ve been here, 5 coworkers and 2 managers have quit. I am only staying at the moment, because I am currently using the guild program and medical insurance. I’m one of the “newest” workers still because the turnover rate is so high, yet coworkers still come to me for advice or assistance (even those who are expecting a promotion or have been employed before me).   submitted by   /u/justavoicewithno [link]   [comments]
