Even though I've been told that we can't run peak effectively if we don't have enough employees, I'm not sure if it all depends on the situation, since only having 4-5 employees on a shift may not be ideal to run peak IMO, despite our GM & FL telling us that it doesn't matter, unless if we don't have enough employees to run the store effectively   submitted by   /u/sta3535 [link]   [comments]
