Welspun Corp shares will be in focus after the company signed an MoU with Perma-Pipe International Holdings and the Jordanian government to explore setting up pipe manufacturing and advanced coating facilities in Jordan. The proposed joint venture could serve water, oil and gas, energy and infrastructure projects across Jordan and neighbouring Middle Eastern markets.
