RGOOGL: The AI Story Is Finally Showing Up in the NumbersRGOOGLUSDT SPOTBITGET:RGOOGLUSDTBuddyKing1Alphabet is no longer just a Search company with an AI narrative attached to it. The latest numbers show that AI is becoming a meaningful revenue driver across Google Cloud, Search, subscriptions and infrastructure. Alphabet reported $119.8B in Q2 revenue, up 24% YoY, while Google Cloud revenue jumped 82% to $24.8B. More importantly, Cloud operating income reached roughly $8.8B, showing that the AI investment is beginning to translate into operating leverage rather than simply burning cash. But there is a catch. The $200B Question Alphabet is aggressively increasing its AI infrastructure spending. Full-year 2026 CapEx guidance was raised to roughly $195B–$205B, while management expects 2027 spending to increase significantly again. That creates the real debate around GOOGL: Is Alphabet investing ahead of demand, or is it building infrastructure for a much larger AI revenue cycle? So far, the demand side is encouraging. Google Cloud's backlog has reached around $514B, while AI solutions are now the largest contributor to Cloud growth. Search is also holding up, with Search & Other revenue growing 17% YoY in Q2. Why I'm Watching rGOOGL This makes the current price structure interesting. The chart has recovered from the $315–$325 discount area and is now around the $0.5 equilibrium near $356. Fundamentally, I'm bullish on the long-term AI monetization story. Technically, however, I'm not interested in chasing the middle of the range. I'd rather see either: $315–$325 → discount + fundamental strength → bullish confirmation or $370–$382 → reclaim → continuation toward $385–$395 The risk is that the market starts questioning the enormous CapEx bill before the resulting AI revenue fully catches up. Alphabet's Q2 free cash flow was pressured heavily by the infrastructure buildout, making cash conversion just as important as headline earnings going forward. The Bigger Thesis For me, the question isn't simply: "Is Google an AI winner?" It's: Can Google's AI investment generate enough incremental Cloud, Search and subscription revenue to justify the capital being deployed? The Q2 numbers are giving the bulls something to work with. Now the market needs proof that this growth can continue without permanently sacrificing free cash flow and returns on capital. That's the fundamental story I'd be trading around. Would you rather accumulate GOOGL on a discount-zone pullback, or wait for a confirmed breakout above $382? ❗ PS: The execution side matters too. Bitget rToken combines tight spreads with deep liquidity, making larger orders easier to execute without unnecessary slippage. Not financial advice. Manage risk accordingly.
