Redeemer Grima has been identified as the diver who tragically lost his life while carrying out works in the waters off St Paul’s Islands earlier today.The 41-year-old, who was from Rabat, got into difficulty at around 12pm while working underwater.He was brought ashore at the Buġibba quay by the Armed Forces of Malta, where a medical team attempted to assist him. Sadly, he was certified dead shortly afterwards.Magistrate Monica Borg Galea has appointed an inquiry to establish the cause of death.Police investigations, together with the Occupational Health and Safety Authority (OHSA), are ongoing.Lovin Malta sends its condolences to Redeemer Grima’s family and loved ones.•
