Singapore firm Surbana Jurong will prepare the Mumbai 3.0 new town master plan. This new 323.44 sq. km town will be developed across Raigad district villages. The planning framework will assess existing conditions and future development needs. This project aims to create a new global growth centre for the Mumbai Metropolitan Region.
