EURUSD: Could This Bounce Be Setting Up the Next Sell-Off?EUR/USDOANDA:EURUSDGoldenPearl_tradEURUSD is holding the lower boundary of its ascending channel, giving buyers room to push price higher in the short term. The key test, however, will come when price reaches the supply zone above. This move should not automatically be viewed as bullish continuation. It may simply be a retracement bringing price back into an area where sellers previously showed strong interest. If the recovery loses momentum and a clear rejection forms inside the supply zone, sellers could regain control and drive price toward 1.1500. I am not looking to chase the move higher. I would rather wait for price to reach the supply zone and let the reaction confirm the next direction. A decisive breakout and hold above the zone would invalidate the bearish setup.
