Ed’s leadership of global commercial strategy and operations further strengthens customer delivery as the company scales its enhanced money movement capabilities. Ed brings more than 25 years of experience across payments and financial services, having held senior positions at Visa, Mastercard, Barclaycard and OKTO Payments. He has led commercial and operational teams across global organisations and high-growth businesses, driving operational transformation, commercial growth and long-term value creation. His appointment supports Equals’ continued growth trajectory following its successful rebrand and integration.
