For its first chapter, the designer turned to the Byzantine Empire, translating the era’s imperial medallions, religious iconography, and stonework into a contemporary high jewelry collection. References span the museum’s Greek, Roman, Medieval, and Islamic art holdings, with every piece handcrafted in India.
