The Delhi High Court has directed Sun Pharma Laboratories to seek its approval before launching semaglutide tablets, following Novo Nordisk’s patent infringement plea. The court also sought Sun Pharma’s response to Novo Nordisk’s claim of patent protection for the tablet formulation.
