Rhea Chakraborty has come a long way since starting her career as an MTV VJ as a teenager. During a recent conversation with comedian Tanmay Bhat, the actor opened up about her early days in the entertainment industry and revealed that she was earning Rs 3 lakh as a VJ by the age of 17-18.During the conversation, Rhea revealed that Salman Khan was the first celebrity she ever met. Recalling the experience of interviewing the superstar, she said, “I was a VJ on MTV. Everyone allowed me to do his interview and I didn’t know why they were being so nice but it was because everyone was scared. I think Rs 3 lakh was my last salary. But I was also just 17-18 years old, so I really thought I was damn rich.
