12.08.26 Daily ForecastNew Zealand Dollar vs. Japanese YenFX:NZDJPYJordanWillsonPairs on Watch - EURUSD : We can see just from looking at the DXY that is has been moving very correctively so far this week, potentially in anticipation for CPI later today, but we can also see a clear value area price is likely being pulled to. We could play EURUSD pulling back up to the high, filling the small gap and dropping out whilst the DXY makes its way up. I will be looking for a small insurance entry stack of price once the area in question holds and price moves away, targeting the low of the previous ascending channel. NZDJPY : This Yen pair has the cleanest potential base to work with after price left a wick that has been not been filled just yet. I am using this wick as a base and waiting for price to come into that area before looking for an insurance entry to the upside, I am still looking to play a recovery long into the next value area above, it is just a case of waiting for price to find its feet with a value area and offer an entry to get involved.
