Sell 2/3 at the 4th Highest line, Sell the remaining 1/3 at the Highest line. Don't even bother with the 2nd highest line. It's not worth it. I'm using the giant 1999 run to judge, as far as selling that final 1/3 (and its ok if you sell it when it gets "close" to the top line), ... but it's also worth selling 2/3 every time it touches that 4th line from the top ... since that worked well in the 2nd half of the 90s, except for 1999 when it just blew past every line except the 3x 300 that year.
