Caroline Marcah: It takes me 72 hours to heal from heartbreak

Wait 5 sec.

Media personality Caroline Marcah has revealed that she no longer spends a long time recovering from heartbreak, saying she now gives herself just 72 hours to heal before moving on.Speaking during an appearance on Shalom 256, Marcah said her approach to heartbreak has changed over time. She explained that she previously needed about a week to get over someone, but has now shortened that period to three days.Marcah said she believes people should not remain stuck mourning the end of a relationship, arguing that losing a partner does not mean the end of opportunities to find love again.“What would you want me to do? If you lose someone, you don’t stay at their grave,” Marcah said. She added that people should understand that relationships exist because two people choose to be together, and the end of one relationship does not mean there are no other people willing to love them.I want people to understand that when you’re with someone it’s because they chose to stay with you. There are a lot of reasons why they chose you and loved you. It doesn’t mean there aren’t other men after me.Kampala’s dating scene: Caroline Marcah slams cheap date cultureMarcah also opened up about some of the things she cannot tolerate in a relationship, particularly the use of “view once” messages on platforms such as WhatsApp.She said she would rather meet her partner in person than receive content that can only be viewed once, questioning the purpose of the feature.Stop that nonsense. You want to see, you come and see. People are holding two phones, you send a view once on one and they take a picture on the other. I don’t want that. @shalom_kaweesi Full interview premiering today 8:00pm #fyp #foryou #fyppppppppppppppppppppppp #foryoupage❤️❤️ #fypシ ♬ original sound – Shalom Kaweesi The post Caroline Marcah: It takes me 72 hours to heal from heartbreak appeared first on MBU.
