Media personality Caroline Marcah has revealed that she no longer spends a long time recovering from heartbreak, saying she now gives herself just 72 hours to heal before moving on.Speaking during an appearance on Shalom 256, Marcah said her approach to heartbreak has changed over time. She explained that she previously needed about a week to get over someone, but has now shortened that period to three days.Marcah said she believes people should not remain stuck mourning the end of a relationship, arguing that losing a partner does not mean the end of opportunities to find love again.“What would you want me to do?
