Jammu and Kashmir Chief Minister Omar Abdullah expressed deep concern over reported violence in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. He stated that Islamabad should face similar global scrutiny as demanded during past unrest in Jammu and Kashmir. Abdullah highlighted that while elections are an internal matter, bloodshed and civilian killings are unacceptable. He questioned Pakistan's stance when similar situations occurred in Jammu and Kashmir previously.
