Gold: Bulls Weakening – Beware a Shakeout, Sell BiasGoldOANDA:XAUUSDTradeCore_Evan1Yesterday’s CPI came in relatively mild, but not enough to fully dispel rate-hike concerns. Today’s focus shifts to PPI and initial jobless claims — if these data surprise to the upside, rate-hike fears could resurface, potentially pulling gold down toward 4300 or even 4250. Conversely, gold is likely to revisit the 4440–4480 resistance/supply zone. On the technical side, price started to pull back after moving above 4440, which aligns with our earlier view. The 4440–4480 zone is a clear supply area — once price enters this range, the probability of a pullback increases, and selling should be prioritized. Price is currently hovering near 4360, close to the 2H MA60 support, with moving average resistance clustered above. With U.S. data due later in the session, the market will likely stay range-bound beforehand, with the data set to determine the next direction. Personally, if price rallies back into the supply zone, I would favor selling. Trading Reference Levels: Buy @ 4320 / 4280 Sell @ 4460 / 4500
