Hi, i moved countries and i had been taking oral minox 2.5mg and spiro 100 for 18montjs now. Saw changes in my hair. Now moved countries and this country doesn’t sell oral minox. Visited Dermat and he recommended topical only. I’m scared of losing all my hair. Will a combination of topical minox and spiro tab be a good replacement ? I am anxious.
