Buying AMZN if I can get a Reversal

Buying AMZN if I can get a ReversalAmazon.com, Inc.BATS:AMZNPrinciplesofmathprobI literally trade like this. I have two triggers: first, the mathematical calculations, and then, hopefully, an entry. Because there can be such a large gap between the two, I set everything up and then simply forget about it or go do something else. I'm not watching every single tick or candle; my system handles everything automatically. For example, this Gold trade today: Look at the difference between the bearish break to the median line and the pullback to the parallel. That is about 30 to 60 minutes of trading where I literally did nothing. I didn't even look at the screen, nor had I done any prior calculations. Everything is coded beforehand. There are no surprises. Now, what is the scenario here? If price reverses and reaches "support" (whatever that means), the system is going to look for the conditions that trigger an entry at the lower parallel. It will measure the stop loss and the risk-to-reward ratio, check everything, and if every box is checked, send the orders to the broker. Because this is the daily chart and it is so far away from the potential entry, I'm going to set another alarm just in case: This second red line is the secondary alert; its purpose is to make me look at the structure if prices actually reverse, because I want to see what survives the downtrend. If the move down blows through every single support, it's a different scenario than if price goes down gently.
