Barça have already submitted a second offer to Manchester City, raising it to €60 million between a fixed sum and variables. The first offer had been €50 million, but the English club also rejected this second proposal. The British press confirms that City have turned down an offer of around €60 million. Nevertheless, Barça remain confident that the deal will eventually go through.
