Five lost, while Deery clung to a three-vote lead, which Copenhaver challenged.”“On Monday, the Indiana Recount Commission threw out 10 votes — eight for Deery and two for Copenhaver — the Indiana Capital Chronicle reported, giving Copenhaver a three-vote edge.”
