Since my past analysis of XAGUSD, the price broke out above the boundary of the descending wedge. This was already a strong step of confirmation. Now, I detected further signs that are important to consider going forward with XAGUSD. Since the breakout, XAGUSD has already moved into structural resistance zones within the 65 to 66 level. XAGUSD has already pulled back from this zone. What usually sets up after such a wedge breakout and move into resistance is a pullback and revisiting of previous lower levels again. If this pullback is really strong and happens with high momentum, the neckline is likely to be reached. Otherwise, it could also be possible that XAGUSD builds a bullish high-base formation from where it sets up the next bullish wave before attempting to break through the resistance. For now, the situation needs to be determined accordingly before new assessments about potential positions in XAGUSD can be made. The targets mentioned in my previous analysis are still intact.
