Sounds like the lady wants to run all tge errands for the caregiver because she's not allowed to leave the house. Even though she's paying $600 a month to rent a room. What a tight wad. When I stayed with an elderly lady all day Saturday and Sunday to relieve her live in care giver, the lady's family paid me $500 every weekend. I was there for 48 hours straight. That might jave been low pay but it was my sister's next door neighbors mom who I'd known for years and my kids were grown so I had the freedom. The ladies daighter and law called me every friday to get my grocery list of the food I wkuld need for the weekend and of course she paid for it. I hate to seevpeople trying to take advantage of a caregiver for an elderly parent. You get what you pay for.
