Your feedback is what makes AdGuard Mail better with every release, so this time, we focused on making it easier for you to reach us in the first place.Report alias issues from the appEver had a website refuse to accept an alias? Previously, you had to describe the issue from scratch to send it to support. Now you can report alias issues straight from the app. Here’s how:Go to the Aliases section.Click the exclamation mark icon in the top-right corner. If a website or service won’t accept your alias, choose Address not accepted by the website. You will be taken straight to our feedback form. For anything else, click Other, then Continue to describe the issue in detail and send it to support.Keep track of all the changesYou can now access our full update history via the AdGuard Mail app. Go to Settings → About → Version history to see every fix and improvement, all in one place.Smoother logs and better review flowWe’ve cleaned up the process for saving the app logs on mobile devices. Go to Support → Export logs and system info and tap Save. You’ll get an in-app confirmation that your logs were saved successfully, so you won’t have to wonder if it worked. Besides, you’ll be able to share the logs via email or any other preferred method. We’ve also slightly refined our in-app review flow. As with the other changes in this update, the goal is the same: to make it easier for you to reach us and for us to act on what you tell us.Never enough feedbackAs always, if you have any suggestions, ideas, bug reports, or if you just want to share your experience, please send us your feedback via theAdGuard Mail form. For more information about AdGuard Mail, visit our website.
