After almost 12 years of welcoming diners through its doors, Roots Restaurant in Marsaxlokk has announced it will be closing at the end of the month.The restaurant’s last day of service will be Sunday, 30th August. The team revealed they are moving to a new premises and will launch a brand-new retail concept that they have been working on for years.The new Roots outlet is expected to open this October, with more details set to be announced in the coming weeks.“This is not a goodbye, but a see you soon!”•
