[Horn Diplomat] Nairobi, Kenya -- Somaliland President Abdirahman Mohamed Abdullahi (Irro) has called for deeper international investment and cooperation based on mutual interests, saying his government wants to move its relationship with international partners beyond traditional foreign aid.
