Embassy Developments reported a 338% year-on-year jump in June-quarter pre-sales to ₹868 crore, while collections rose 54% to ₹496 crore. The developer has a ₹19,400-crore FY27 launch pipeline and is targeting ₹8,000 crore in total pre-sales.
