A driver who died earlier today in an Qormi crash has been identified as 27-year-old Indian man Mohammed Abdul Jawad.The incident happened on Ħandaq Road at around 11:45am when a trailer and a small truck crashed. The victim was driving a small truck and got trapped, he was certified dead on the scene.The trailer was being driven by a 39-year-old man from Tarxien.Magistrate Monica Borg Galea has opened an inquiry, while Police investigations, together with the Occupational Health and Safety Authority (OHSA), are ongoing.Lovin Malta sends its condolences to Mohammed’s family during this difficult time•
