Hello everyone, I am 22 years old, and I have noticed that my part has gotten gradually wider over the past two years, and when I look on the sub, I noticed that my pattern of hair loss looks very similar to those who have iron deficiencies. I finally went and got a blood test and my levels all came back normal but I looked it up and many people say 70 is the minimum for hair growth. My hair sheds in the shower but I haven’t been losing big clumps nor do I have any bald patches. I also wonder if on top do this it has gotten worse over the years because I lift heavy at the gym. I really don’t want to have to take OM or anything yet because I have cats and so do my roommates. I have pretty severe OCD so not knowing the cause of this is really killing me, but I haven’t been able to go to a dermatologist since I’m moving states and getting to a doctor without insurance can be tricky.   submitted by   /u/antsonaflask [link]   [comments]
