During the raid, officials found that the food business was operating without a valid Food Safety and Standards Authority of India (FSSAI) licence.Multiple food safety violationsOfficials also observed multiple food safety violations, including the reuse of blackened cooking oil, housefly infestation, poor sanitation, open drainage near the premises and unhygienic food preparation practices. Garbage was found accumulated close to the food preparation area, while no pest control measures were implemented. Food handlers were also found working without protective gear. Samples of food items were collected and sent for laboratory analysis.
